Scott Swearingen

Scott Swearingen, CPA, is a Partner, Business Assurance with Moss Adams LLP. He is the firm’s Construction Practice Leader for the Southern California region and Phoenix, AZ. He began his career in private industry in 1992 and has been in public accounting since 1994. Scott specializes in privately held, middle-market clients, and is involved in all phases of audits; reviews; compilations, accounting, and financial statement reporting; operations consulting; and related internal controls, cash flows, and business planning.
